Bought an open box item from here and initially very excited as small scratch led to big discount. The associate who sold it to me said since within first year I’d still have manufactures warranty. I also purchased the 5yr high end warranty and when asked the associate if “I could throw this off a cliff and you’ll give me a new one?” He said yes.

Fast forward 3 months and dishwasher just quits. We go through Bosch and get nothing but a technician who comes 3 times and ends up removing parts and not returning but says not fixable and not their problem since “open box.” Best Buy and this store tells us not their problem either and won’t do anything to help! It has now been over two months and dozens of calls where different reps will say and promise different things but ultimately no one taking responsibility.

It looks like they have good deals but customer service is subpar and they don’t stand behind their product at all! I went from singing praises of this store to now warning everyone I know to stay away or at least proceed with caution.

My husband and I went here for a fridge. The one we had completely died on us and we had been living out of a mini fridge for 2 weeks. Found one we wanted at Best Buy Outlet! Brian was so helpful and honest with us. Him and his coworker even helped us get it on the trailer. Brought the fridge home, registered it, and we absolutely love it! The fridge did have a small dent on the bottom (which was known when we bought it-there are tags on every appliance stating defects) but the dent is so small, and with 2 small kids we are more than happy with the dent already there. And the best part- we got the fridge for more than half off the retail price!! Brian even told us about Best Buy Plus- which brings the return window to 60 days (and only $50!)

Not worth the trip. Everything small: LOCKED IN CAGES and most WITHOUT VISIBLE PRICES sooo annoying.

Prices: only SLIGHTLY discounted. Couldn’t find anything worth buying. Most items were like $30 off yippeeee. You’re not gonna find a super-saving gem here I’m sad to say.

Items: Inventory is mostly large appliances, and lots of tvs.

Decent selection of medium electronics but again, you’re not saving much.
