I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Best Buy Outlet in Eden Prairie, MN. My interaction with Store Manager Daniel was nothing short of fraudulent and deceptive.

On 07/23, I purchased a Samsung electric range online, which was advertised as being in “good condition.” Upon picking up the order in-store n 08/01, I discovered that the range had significant exterior damage, including a dent on the right side. The item clearly did not match the advertised condition.

A store associate informed me that the item should have been listed as “fair condition” and offered to adjust the price accordingly. After waiting a frustrating two hours, the store was unable to process the price adjustment. Store Manager Daniel assured me that he would call the following day to rectify the situation but made no promises.

The next morning, Daniel contacted me to inform me that the item was “defective” and could not be sold to me, promising a full refund. To my astonishment, just hours later, I discovered the same damaged range back on the store floor, listed as “fair condition” at a higher price. It is evident that Store Manager Daniel intentionally misled me to avoid honoring the agreed-upon price adjustment.

This incident represents a clear breach of consumer trust and is indicative of fraudulent business practices. I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate disciplinary action taken against Store Manager Daniel. I expect a full refund for the inconvenience and emotional distress caused by this ordeal.

Found an 85-in television that was a screaming deal. My kids love it and the staff and help was outstanding. I would definitely check them out before I go to your day today Best buy. Leave and have a few things that didn’t show up on the online site. That’s where I found my TV and walked away 8k

No they don’t allow any dogs other than service animals so for that they do only get no puppers.

The atmosphere is definitely a warehouse feel. I don’t know if it’s intentional or they just don’t want to put a lot of money into it but it looks like what you would expect in a warehouse. Lots of boxes and things everywhere. But also things you wouldn’t expect like TVs lying around open and easily able to fall and break.

The hours are shorter than Best buy. They close at 6:00 p.m. and that can be a little difficult if you have to go get something to transport the item that you got. You do have two weeks to pick it up. Also returns are shorter but you do have 15 days to check it out and make sure that it works the way you want. You can always get a Best buy warranty plan to extend it out and it’s based on the price so that could be a good deal if it’s something you’re worried about.

Scott helped us purchase a TV at this location. A 85 inch Samsung QLED TV. We caught him at the end of his shift and he was very thorough while assisting us. If he did not have the answers he would go to his floor manager for assistance immediately. He normally works at the 78th Street Best Buy location and was just filling in there temporarily but did a fantastic job doing so while giving maximum effort. He made the purchasing process very enjoyable and offered us a great deal on Memorial Day. We have the TV hung up and it has been working great so far. Thank you for all of your help Scott and thank you Best Buy Outlet for everyone there who assisted us after the purchase as well loading it up into our car which it barely fit in.
