So I bought a new RTX 4090 Graphics card, but like most I wasn’t really prepared for what I was receiving. The card was much larger then I had anticipated and it wouldn’t fit in my case! I went to carving my case like it was a pumpkin in a desperate attempt to try and fit it and when I did finally get it to fit and plugged it in there was no video output. To say the least I was very sad lol but I brought my tower into bisconti and told them my issue with my card in a separate box and they worked very hard during the holiday week and weekend to put together my build! They told me my issue was my power supply that was causing no video output signal even my psu for my 3080 was not enough! But with a new psu and a new case that they put together what is the most beautiful pc I have ever owned I am more then happy with the customer service and working with me to get me going with the bare minimum of additional purchases and the maximum amount of care and effort into the assembly no tricks just results! I brought my laptop in because it was running hot and loud. After a friendly and helpful consultation, I turned the device over for diagnostics, which took a couple days (I did do it on a Friday, probably not the best move for turnaround wait). They found it needed new fans and a software cleanup. The price was reasonable, and all told, they had my laptop for about a week and a half. It was a long wait for me, because without my laptop, I’m a bit like a baby without his blanket- but it was entirely worth it. Where before my laptop sounded like a gas engine and made me sweat even through my lap desk, it now runs whisper quiet and stays cool even when running my most demanding programs. It solved performance issues like graphical stuttering that had really been hampering my enjoyment.

I have had Bisconti Computers taking care of both my desktop and my laptop computer for the last couple years and last week I had issues with my laptop. I needed to take a state exam from home and they needed me to disable one of Bisconti’s programs that was on my laptop to protect it. The program was not able to be disabled and had to be uninstalled, which I was not able to do so I called (the day before the test) and they were able to uninstall remotely. After passing the exam, I took it back in to Bisconti to have them reinstall and do a tuneup (All of which was included in my package). I was only without my laptop for one business day.
