So Scott picked up laptop at my business and returned the next day. Outstanding turn-around! Bad disc drive. He installed new. Recovered MOST of data. Charged very little based on past experience with same issue with laptops in the past over 20+ yrs.

Problems are:
– Had 200-300 emails in Inbox. Now I have 15,000+. Must have transferred archive.ADDITIONALLY, AND MOST IMPORTANT, NO CONTACTS.
– PST file from Outlook must not have been transferred, I have no contacts. HAD 1,000+.
– Downloaded Quickbooks after full Windows 10 and now printer will not print. Goes to Off line. Have reloaded correct driver software, same result.
– All Firefox favorites gone – THESE ARE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO MY BUSINESS AS ALL ARE FINANCIAL OR VENDOR RELATED LINKS.
– All personal created dictionaries gone – MOST ARE BUSINESS RELATED. WE USE SEVERAL SYNONYMS IN THE BUSINESS AND NOW I HAVE TO ADD EVERY TIME IT HITS A SYNONYM.
– Many desktop icons missing – THESE PROVIDED ONE-TOUCH TO MANY VERY IMPORTANT FINANCIAL AND VENDOR LINKS FOR MY BUSINESS!

In all, initially very impressed. Timing and price was spot-on!! Have asked for them to look at the above omissions via email, phone & text for 2 days. Commented that I would be more than willing to pay extra for time. No argument there! Not good. These items are VERY IMPORTANT TO MY BUSINESS! CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE!!!!

LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN ANY CASE!!!!! AVOID THESE GUYS!

They were able to set me up with a completely hosted network for almost half the cost I was paying. Highly recommend using them
