VERY VERY happy I decided to take my Dell PC to Bob, after the power outage (and subsequent power surge) fried my PSU. It was late on a Saturday and I had already got a RIDICULOUS quote from another PC Repair place in town, when I gave Bob a call. I’m tellin you, he had the Power Supply replaced and whole PC de-dusted by 4:30p…like an HOUR LATER, for at least $100 LESS than the “other place” –about 2 days QUICKER!

Bob was very gracious and was willing to meet me in the evening as I have done something fatal to my laptop. I left my computer with him, and the very next day he had called to say it was up and going and ready to go! I would definitely highly recommend Bob’s PC for any repairs you may have. Very professional, and very knowledgeable!
Bob is the best! Affordable. Honest and therefore trustworthy. Very friendly. An excellent teacher and technician. If your PC has the blues, take it to Bob and you will both be feeling great -ASAP! He has help me about five times over the last 15 years and I would not hesitate to recommend him 2 others!
