Well Aaron overall was super nice and fair for his pricing, fairly he needs to be able to professionally remind himself to not only update his customers on where he’s at in the process but to complete his services. Things happen but what was “an easy fix that should take 3 days after shipping” took about a month of so of having to ask about what’s happening and it was the part wasn’t right of he needed a new charger or whatever it still took a long time, it may have gotten fixed if i had more time but I was leaving the state and i needed that laptop, when i finally got it he said “it should work” and offered me a plethora of option one of them being if hey i have an old laptop ill just ship it to you. How nice right? Well that was maybe 2 months ago now, my laptop didn’t work, the battery needed to be fixed and I spent about the same amount on the laptop as I did trying to get it fixed with no results,, I wouldn’t have been so sad if I actually got the old laptop he offered, it wasn’t new or anything like that but it was a laptop that I could use. Ended up cutting my losses and buying a brand new one cause I didn’t wanna keep having to text him asking about the laptop cause I felt awful about it but I mean he also shouldn’t have forgotten about his customer like that very unprofessional
Overall if I have a few months to spare on waiting for my laptop to be fixed I think it would have come back brand new but I didn’t have the time so unfortunately it didn’t work and my money was wasted, he’s really nice tho at least and gave me options to solve my problem I’m sure unlike most

Aaron is one of the best people I’ve dealt with. He’s very knowledgable and nice. I bought a computer from eBay which had a 4090 and was fully loaded. The build was terrible so it started having a lot of problems to the point where the AIO water cooler stopped working. I took it to Aaron initially thinking we’d just need to replace AIO and no big deal. He charged me his diagnosis fee which was about 85 dollars. Aaron ended up doing so much extra work on my build as it was put together so poorly and I ordered several new parts to replace. He even went and bought a new case to transfer the build to. None the less, when I picked up the computer I asked him how does this end up being worth 85 dollars. He said I didn’t expect your computer to have as many problems but atleast it was a fun project. I ended up paying 140 and even with that i still feel it’s too little for the work he’s done and his great attention to detail. We need to support more home businesses like Aaron that focus on nothing but quality and a smile on your face. I promise you he is better than any of these commercial places that will rip your pockets and not care about you.

My six year old HP laptop’s battery was nearly shot. In the old days I could swap out a battery on my HPs in a couple of minutes but of course nowadays you have to practically tear the thing down, which is beyond me and most people, I would think. I googled and found Aaron. I called him, he told me how to order the exact right battery from Amazon. I did so, texted him and arranged for him to install it while we shopped at Trader Joe’s across the street. In the midst of our shopping he texted that the install was done. We settled up. The total cost to me was 90bucks including tax. My wife has the identical laptop. Last year when we lived in St. Cloud we took her laptop to a local computer repair shop. Her laptop was at the shop for the better part of a week and the cost was 150bucks.
