I didn’t have a good experience with repairs here. Took several months to get my pc back to me. They swapped some parts and gave it back to me without even checking if it was fixed, which it was not, so I had to take it back in. Several times I was told they would call me in a day or 2 about me coming to pick it up and a week would go by until I would call and bug them about repairs. In all yeah my pc runs a little faster, but I went from a 2TB hard drive down to 500gb and was told I wouldn’t need that much space for gaming. I knew that wasn’t true but really just wanted to get my pc back and get this over with. Many of the parts put into my pc didn’t have the proper drivers installed and I had to track those down and install them on my own. They told me to bring it back if I had any more issues in the future but truthfully I believe they repeatedly lied to me about completely fixing it to keep me coming back so they could swindle more money out of me.

Walked in today with a dead Windows XP computer, wanted data off of it, tons of cell phone pics from the last 10 years . Lindsey is a super nice guy, attacked the problem right there on the spot. At least got the hard drive out of it and put in a device that enables me to access the data from another computer. Also tested the power supply on the computer and determined it was good, so at least know thats not the issue…. Anyway, feel like I stepped back in time with the immediate, friendly knowledgeable customer service. The guy spent 1/2 hour attending to my problem, resolved it for $50! Very, reasonable honest guy! Made my day. Impressed!

Our gaming rig was making a terrible nose and the sound would glitch. I took it in and it turned out the pump in my cooler system had died causing it to get hot. We get the replacement parts and it still doesn’t want to work. The ended up spending 2 days on it and building me a whole new collent system. They did all of this for the original price quote. They even stayed open late to accommodate my schedule. Great customer service and great work. I will be back for all of my upgrades.
