Caliber computer did excellent work for me twice, first by dismounting the pump on an AIO cooler and replacing the thermal paste and then by replacing the cooler entirely when the thermal paste didn’t solve my problem and it ended up being a faulty pump. I was offered two coolers as a solution, a 360mm AIO similar to the faulty one or a Peerless Assassin 120mm fan. The fan was cheaper and yet Kyle still explained the expected temperature differences on my system and even recommended the cheaper fan. He then went above and beyond by rearranging my case fans as well for better air flow, something that he absolutely didn’t have to do and easily could have tried to charge me extra for after the fact. He did not, and he explained why he made the change to me and told me what to expect to see temperature wise when I got home and powered it up.

To my delight it was relatively inexpensive. 90 dollars for a new hard drive newer version of Windows and the speed of the computer was improved and faster. I think they did their best to be honest. I’m sure they could have made something up and milked me for another hundred dollars , but they did not. These guys new what they were talking about, they were able to identify the problem based on a limited description from me without even opening the computer up. I was impressed with their knowledge they are a little slow took them two weeks to do a 2-hour job and they seem a little unorganized they lost my laptop charger but when I went to pick it up when it was finished they just gave me theirs. So if you need your computer fixed check these guys out I think most of you will be happy the price and the quality. Plus 90 day guaranteed warranty if anything should go wrong, they will make good on it. I’m glad I found caliber computer.

I’ve got to say I had an awesome time dealing with these guys. My son’s switch stopped working and I had already taken it to another local repair shop. A friend of mine recommended caliber computers and I got to say they did not disappoint. Their customer service was awesome and their follow-up on the service was great. They called me and let me know what was going on with the switch. At the end of the day I got to say if I have any repairs with electronics this is the place to go!
