I brought in my cracked Macbook, which wouldn’t allow its screen to be turned on for more than about a second, on Monday, and it was repaired by Wednesday! As a University student this was so helpful as I really need my laptop to be able to do my work. When I articulated this at the centre, Jilani assured me he would do his best to get it up and running for when I needed it by, but the speed of service exceeded my expectations. I am surprised by their service, efficiency and good-skills. I spilled a glass of black tea on my laptop, and the screen turned to black immediately. I told them that i haven’t backup my data, which is very important.Finally, they do not only saved my data, but also successfully fixed my laptop. Just want to show my gratitude to them. Furthermore, I am also impressed by their patien explanation of how to fix my laptop at the beginning. My screen also have some water left, they told me to wait 2 weeks to see whether they will disappear sponteously insted of spending a lot of money to change the screen directly.

This shop is one of the best repair shops for Macbook in Heidelberg. My MBP got destroyed from a coffee spill and Gravis had given up fixing it. So, I went to Mr. Jilani and he fixed my laptop even after going through an incident at home. My MBP works fine now and being a student, I saved a lot of money!
If you have any problems with your laptop or PC, bring it to Mr. Jilani. He’s really good at his job!
