Having been SO impressed by the stellar service I received from the owner of this wonderful tech resource I am enthusiastically joining the chorus of others praising this excellent local business. I’m actually just visiting SLO temporarily so I was referred to Caltec by the owners of the (charming) motel I’m currently staying at when serious issues suddenly arose with my Windows laptop – as I’m now a digital nomad full-time this was a critical matter indeed for me. Brent and the rest of his team are amazing. The are always incredibly responsive and treat us like we are their only client (even though we know that is far from the case). Ryan and every tech they’ve ever sent out have been kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair and they have always been there for us in an emergency.
