I highly recommend Capitol Macintosh! I went there when my laptop keyboard was broken, and I was hoping I wouldn’t have to just buy a new computer. The service representative was extremely helpful in sharing what I could expect with the service, possible outcomes, and a timeline. I really appreciate that they explained a couple options for solving the problem, providing price estimates for both, and didn’t just encourage me to buy new. I dropped off my computer on a Friday morning, not expecting to have it back for at least a week, and they were able to implement a fix so I could pick it up that same day! I spoke with the owner when I picked up my computer, so I was able to interact with two different people and both were so friendly and knowledgeable. Great service and reasonable prices! I will definitely visit Capitol Macintosh again!

I had an appointment to have my Beats by Dre Powerbeats Pro ear buds looked into. Seems the right ear bud is not being recognized nor is it playing any sounds. I set up an appointment via the Apple site to do further diagnostics on the right ear bud. When all of the Apple Technicians attempted to enter the repair into the computer, the computer set the replacement cost as Zero (plus a $99 Bench fee), to which Alex, one of the Main Apple Technicians stated that the store will honor it.

Previous to this Apple repair, every time I have dealt with Capitol Macintosh, the staff have been courteous, professional, and friendly.

I will keep supporting this Apple store.

Worst customer service ever! Go anywhere but here. I was told my fix would be 2 days that turned into almost 2 weeks. When asked they told me I could take it somewhere else. I arrived to pick up my stuff at 830a which is the start of their day. The guy didn’t show until 9. When asked why, I was told, I just couldn’t make it. Then they didn’t return all of my equipment. When I arrived again at 830 no one was there. When I got my gear I was told it was my fault for leaving it with them. They charge 10 bucks if you pay with a card. Terrible place, don’t use these guys
