Carbondale Computer Repair is the place to go when you need advice or anything that deals with computers or computer related issues. I have been going to them for many years now. They are honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and get things done in a very timely manner, done impeccably well and correctly the first time. I wanted to write and commend Joshua on his knowledge, skill set, patience, kindness and understanding in helping me with my various computer issues and needs from computer safety, to specific tasks and advice on purchasing a new computer. He is amazing! I highly recommend him for any and all of your computer needs.

I took my HP Envy TS Ultrabook 4T 1215 xd to these guys and they were unable to repair my screen. They also said they would call me but did not do that. I had to call THEM to find out that my computer was finished. This place used to be much better at performing tasks but has really fallen in the last year. I do not know the reason why. All I know is that I asked them to repair my touchscreen for a fee and they could not do it. I do not like leaving bad reviews.

This store definitely the best store for computer repair services in the whole southern Illinois region. The owner is really nice and helpful. Also the guy Josh who built my pc, without doubts he is the best technician ever ( he is the GOAT). He is so professional and and knows what he doing. He built my pc with amazing amazing cable management. I recommend going to this store without any hesitation.
