During a scan, my Dell Desktop stopped seeing the internet. I worked with my service provider for several hours and all we did was prove the problem was not their service but my computer. I found Cardinal Computer and carried it to them. After a quick look and trying several things, it was decided Cardinal would need to keep the box. It was found that my anti-virus (kaspersky) had blocked the internet. Once found, the Cardinal team unblocked it and voila, the internet appeared once again. kaspersky was doing what it is supposed to … block problems. However, sometimes they receive false positives and it appears that is what happened here. The Cardinal Team did good work … and since I’m a Dell fan anyway, I also purchased a laptop that I had been thinking about for some time. Have a problem or need a computer, call Cardinal. Bought the computer parts I wanted online. Called Cardinal Computer, talked to Devin. I asked if they could put it all together for me. They said absolutely we can. So I took it all to them. Dropped it off. A few days later went back and picked it up. Smooth transaction. Fair price. Devin is an awesome tech. Funny enough we started talking about fans in the case. I was talking about air flow he was talking about fan direction. Same thing really, except I couldn’t catch on to what he was saying. I guess my autism was kicking in. Lmao. Anyways we figured out we were basically saying the same thing. Lol. Those are some good, very friend guys up there, who will do what they can to make your gaming computer dream a reality. I would recommend them. Good work and I’m a happy customer.

My wife recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Cardinal. Even though she might have a saved a few dollars by buying from the manufacturer, what impressed me was Cardinal’s willingness to provide support and service AFTER the sale. This willingness to make the experience beneficial to the customer stands out to me as we face a “price” driven “online” economy. Doing business, locally, has its advantages.
