I had an amazing experience working with Brad. It was time for a new desktop computer and the software I use has pretty specific requirements for hardware so I knew I wanted something custom. Brad was able to recommend everything I needed and build a computer for me within a few days of when I initially contacted him. He was there for me with any questions I had on how to get it set up and was very quick to respond to emails and calls. I will rely on him for all my computer/tech needs from now on. Highly recommend!
Brad has the patience of a saint! He taught me how to list photos from email into a market place, and since I am not even close to being tech savvy, it took many repeated attempts before I got it. Additionally, he scanned the computer for bugs. He was very supportive and patient. Brad was very thorough and professional during my time with him. I highly recommend his services.
Brad’s the real deal super honest and upfront! Upgraded my laptop RAM and hard drive, even though it meant taking the whole motherboard out. Never pushed for unnecessary repairs, saved me money, and got me back online fast. Honest repair is rare these days, can’t recommend CB Custom Computers enough!
