I had two disks in a RAID 5 storage array fail at the same time, which would normally be very difficult, if not impossible, to recover from. It took a couple weeks, but the tech at CCI was able to rebuild the array and save my data. It was not cheap, but the time and rates charged were entirely fair, in my opinion, for a difficult and time-consuming job. The proprietor, Rizwan, was honest and knowledgeable in both his assessments and estimates.
