I have an iPhone 13 pro that had a cracked screen and came here to have it replaced. I was charged 200+ to have it fixed. Immediately after having the screen replaced I saw a notification saying that the screen was not an apple approved screen and that functionality maybe limited. They guy at the counter said it was nothing to worry about. BUT since then my phone runs hot and dies often and my nfc tap function not longer works and I use that for my business. Non of which were an issue prior having my cracked screen replaced.

Just had my phone looked at the Apple Store and they said that along with another screen I’ll have to replace the batter because it is expanding again this WAS NOT an issue before having my phone serviced at this place.

We were road tripping through the States and I woke up in Kansas City to my phone being at 1% and not taking any charge. It had been slowly losing its ability to charge, but I hoped I could make it back to Canada. But now, on a road trip where I’d be cooked without a cell phone for a lot of tasks, I needed this to be fixed. They fixed my iPhone 12 Pro Max and my screen keeps blinking i took the phone back up there he is not trying to fix it instead he gave me an attitude about it . I ran into another customer that was there he said his phone was doing the same thing ! Warning DO NOT take your phone here . If they mess up something with it they are not willing to correct it!
