Took my phone to Verizon to see if they do any sort of battery replacement and they said none of the sort. They recommended cell phone medic. Went to them and told them my battery really wasn’t working because I had to hold the phone while charging and they told me that it might just be dust in the phone and on the battery. They cleaned my phone for FREE. That’s service y’all.
We were so close to going to a different repair store but after reading reviews, though this place has less you’ll see that the reviews are better. This place is cheap and quick. I need my phone for work and we brought it in for screen repair and within 30 minutes it was done. We paid $70 which I feel is fair as we were quoted $99 for the other place. That’s a win for me.
When I tell you this guy is a good person, I am not exaggerating! I went in there, because I could not get the chip to fit in my phone. No other place in town would help with a chip. I was told there was too much liability. Not only did this shop help me, but since it was not a big deal they did it for free. I am definitely going back!
