SIM card lost, parts back ordered, tried to hide when asked for a refund. Please avoid at all costs. It’s a trap.
Edit: Whoever mentioned anything about rage and fixing it? Even so, how exactly does that justify a 2 month long wait to fix my cell phone when you said it would be done within a couple weeks? Not to mention that the other cell phone repair shop has fixed my phone in the past within days or even just a couple of hours. That also doesn’t explain why my SIM card went missing, nor does it excuse the fact that the loaner you give me was at most, a stolen phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you claim to have tried to fix my phone, and yet nothing was ever done after 2 months.

My phone screen was shattered and I would have had to pay 3x the price with applecare… all the local companies offered to do it for a high price and long wait time. Cell Tech fixed my screen in just a few hours for an amazingly cheap price. 10/10 would recommend, the employees were very kind, professional, friendly, and responsive to all my requests. I’m just starting to make reviews, and I really would like to show my appreciation to a great local area business. Thanks for all the help Russ!
I am extremely impressed with my experience at this business. I went in for a shattered Iphone11 screen. I walked in, was given an honest quote, and my phone was fixed in less than 15 minutes. I was impressed with the cost, especially considering quotes from other phone repair businesses in the area. They saved me $60-$80! My repair technician was kind, honest, and helpful to work with. I will definitely be spreading the word of their great services.
