I went to another place in la Mirada at first to change my screen and even paid for the oled version not more than a day or so after my screen went completely black, so I went back to the same people to fix it and when I left the second time , I made it to my car and seen in the middle it was bulging up so I went back in and asked him and he said that my frame was bent I didn’t understand why if the last one fit perfectly, but he convinced me it was my phone , so I walked back to my car and left only to realize my screen started glitching and changing colors. I was done with that place and figured if I go back the same thing will happen a 3rd time , so I reached out to Dr. phone and he was so helpful and showed me and explain to me it wasn’t my phone come to find out the last guy installed it all wrong . And on top of that he didn’t even give me a oled screen like I paid for I was just shocked when he told me sorry man this is like the cheapest screen you can buy. I’m glad I came here because if not for him I was about to have to go buy a brand new phone thinking my old one was done for. But the last guy just didn’t know what he was doing and sold me a cheap screen claiming it was the best. I’m very grateful dr phone is very honest and good at what he does I won’t go anywhere else from now on for my phone needs .

My iPhone 12 mini would not turn on. It would only flash the apple icon. I tried to fix it on my own my following the instructions and tried some YouTube advice. In the end nothing worked. It was either the hardware or software, but I didn’t want to give up because I wanted my pictures and notes. So I took it here at Dr. phone. Within 30 minutes he found the problem and fixed it. Gave me the run down of the problems, and charged me a reasonable price to fix it. Definitely going here again for any phone problems and would recommend to anyone having phone problems.
Sam Is The Man .. I totally recommend this guy my phone had fallen and shattered the screen I thought I had to get a new phone but I happen to run into Sam online call them up I went in he took care of it for me for under $100 I previously did it and went to the mall and spent over $100 great shop the price is very good and Sam is an amazing person I totally recommend him to anybody every time I go in there I grab cards and pass them out.. so if you need something phone wise he can take care of it for you see my boy Sam.
