Owner was super respectful and nice when resolving matters. I dropped my phone off in the morning, told I would have it back in a couple of hours. I am super understanding when he asked for more time to repair my phone. Once turned into two more times and I did not receive my phone till 8:30 at night. Thought we had resolved everything till I started to have issues.

Took my phone to apple after realizing certain features that were not broke before the repair did not work. My flashlight, my front camera were no longer working. Plus my screen was not responding to certain commands.

Apple begins to tell me…. My phone has been repaired with cheap materials. The front glass (original glass) that came with my phone was not broken when I dropped it off. I guess it was broke during the repair and I was not notified. It was replaced with a non display touch screen, which hints to why I am having problems with my screen. Also all internal materials were also removed and replaced with non apple products.

I am very unhappy and am now having to purchase a whole new phone because my current phone is not able to be repaired now.
