Hector was filling in for Tristan from another location. We initially started work with Tristan who was amazing. We were advised a part needed ordering on Monday, receiving call Wednesday that we could drop off the phone and return after 6pm same day. This was done. Came back after 6pm phone had not been worked on but Hector said he could get it done if I gave him 1 hour. During that time he broke the back cover. After 40 minutes he came over to me and notified me he broke the back cover and had a replacement coming but the phone would still work. What I was not comfortable with was Hector proceeded to tell me he was having the back cover sent to his home address and gave me his personal cell number and to call him in 3 days to make sure it came in and he would get it to the location to have someone fix it for me. Is this Cellairis policy to not order and have shipped directly to the store? And is it policy to give out personal cell numbers and have the customer chase a part? Called location next day to speak with the manager and unfortunately Hector was the only one there. An email has been sent to manager hopefully will have a quick resolution.

Needed help to recover 3 yrs of pictures. Jesse tried a variety options to recover the photos. Unfortunately, my phone had not been updating and no luck in recovering photos. Jesse and Haley provided excellent customer service and explained a variety of things I had going on with my phone. Thank you for the human kindness!
