When my iPhone 15 PRO screen was damaged, I was cautious about where to take it for repair, fearing that the job would be botched. Unfortunately, my worst fears came true when I chose Cellaris and entrusted my phone to AZ, the technician on duty. AZ seemed polite and professional at first, which eased my worries. However, this quickly turned into a nightmare.
After paying $300 and getting my phone back, I noticed within hours that the new screen was malfunctioning. The screen was unresponsive, and I had to keep turning my phone off and on just to use it. I returned to AZ, who brushed it off as a “glitch” that supposedly happens with all iPhones. He offered to replace the screen under warranty, which required me to wait an entire week.
When I finally got the replacement, AZ casually mentioned that the screen he had initially installed was an OEM (aftermarket) screen, not an authentic iPhone screen. I was never informed of this before he took my money and did the work. Had I known, I would never have agreed to it.
I feel utterly deceived and conned out of my hard-earned $300. This experience has left me questioning the legitimacy of their other customer reviews–I suspect they’re fake, likely bought to mislead people like me. My strong recommendation: steer clear of this place.
My next step is to file a formal complaint against Walmart for allowing such a shady business to operate in their stores.

RUN!!!! He will NOT FIX YOUR PHONE FOREAL
HE WILL FIX IT JUST ENOUGH SO YOU CAN COME BACK !!!
