MY PHONE IS NOW USELESS. My battery on my iPhone was running low, so I figured I’d get a new battery installed. First thing I noticed after new battery is that my iPhone no longer registers the quality of the battery. I asked the clerk, he said it’s because it’s not a original battery. 6 days later, I was taking photos and the very charged phone shut off. I was out, so I went to my car and plugged it back in and it work. This happened again. A week later, same thing. It’s happened on 5-6 instances… I’ve missed pictures of friend running a marathon, kids at dance practice and at awards night at AWANA. I live in another state, so I didn’t call right away but today, I noticed that the face of my phone is bending outwards and the screen is pulling away from the phone. I’m 600 miles from the store but I finally called and they said I could bring the phone back in. Just placed an order for a new cellphone – I wouldn’t trust these guys with your electronics. Not only am i out the money from the new battery but my phone is now useless, which means I can’t even pass it along to someone else. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I went in for a screen protector to be installed, the screen protector was not put on correctly but the older guy told me it’ll take a few days to fully adhere and if I had trouble to go back to him. Well screen protector was still not on correctly after two weeks. Went back and same person told me my phone case was “too tight” and causing it to peel the screen protector….then he said he would sell me a new case and it would be an extra 5 dollars to replace the screen protector! He gave me excuse after excuse and went back to insisting my phone case was “too tight” (which is impossible). Then tried a sob story on how he couldn’t afford to replace a 5 dollar screen protector he did not install correctly. Please DO NOT SHOP OR USE THIS STORE. Save yourself a giant headache

First sign Ignored)apparently had a more expensive Galaxy than anybody in this area Which it was only a Galaxy a53-5g from version2) i just wanted a Hella cracked screen replaced and it’s turn in to 3 months of nothing but fighting for service on my phone I can’t leave my house without restarting it(or airplane mode for 15mins) and I’ve noticed the back is falling off my phone company won’t fix without pay
No!! My phone problems did not start until (cellfix)and if I could put the video and all the damn screenshots I have of all the problems i would because that is one thing ive tried to keep track of nowadays please my name is Zoey Owens on Facebook I’ll send you all the proof I have Please anyone in joplin or in this area (AVOID CELLFIX) !!
