Originally I was told over the phone that the price to fix my iphone 14 pro charging port was $140. When I arrived they told me I misunderstood and that it was $170. I rely heavily on my phone for my business so I just agreed to the price and plus I couldn’t research or go to another location because my phone was dead. After the repair, they told me the original price was $200 but after discount it was $170 not including taxes. I ended up paying $188 total including taxes. So now it got me thinking, yeah I was right that you quoted me at $140 over the phone, because $170 original price minus the discount will be $140. Because the discount was $30. Plus I asked other other cell phone repair locations after my phone was fixed, and they quoted me $125-130. Any who, the phone is fixed, but not happy with the price scalping considering the part alone is only $20 to purchase and I didn’t even get offered a warranty. Oh and if you check your records, yes I was there. $125 at Cell Doctor and $130 at all the other round rock locations.

My husband brought his phone here today. He wasn’t able to plug his charging cable in all the way, we thought there was something stuck inside the port. The guy pulled out a tiny piece of metal, and the issue was fixed! My husband was really stressed about his phone not working, (he needs it for his job) and it was fixed within minutes. If we ever have any issues with our phones, we will bring them here to be fixed. All the 5 star reviews are right. Great customer service! Thanks again!

I was there today as a walk in to change the battery and screen on a OnePlus 6T phone.
I brought my own replacement screen and battery.
I was extremely pleased with the service and skills at CellFix79. It was a complicated job that required practically a full tear down of the phone. I definitely know where to bring electronics for service in the future. Thank you !!!!
