“Great Experience at Celltech Near JCPenney in Northeast Mall”

I recently had to get my phone fixed and decided to try out Celltech, a small kiosk near JCPenney in Northeast Mall. I heard about them from a friend and I’m glad I went there. They’re getting some unfair negative reviews, but those are actually meant for another place, not them.

First off, the people at Celltech were super friendly. When I went there, they greeted me right away and listened to my phone problems. They knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me in simple terms no confusing tech talk.

They were super quick with the repair. I thought it would take days, but they got it done in just a few hours. The price was reasonable too, not like some places that charge a lot. They told me the cost upfront, so there were no surprises.

The best part. My phone works perfectly now. It had a broken screen and some battery issues, and they fixed it all. It’s like I have a brand new phone again.

I also want to clear up something about the negative reviews. There’s another tech place in the mall that’s not doing so great with their service. Some people are getting mixed up and leaving bad reviews for Celltech by mistake. That’s not fair because Celltech is actually really good. They’re near JCPenney, not the other place that’s messing up.

Stopped by on 12/19. My brother was debating having his charging port fixed because of the cost. I was looking at cell phone cases. They told me if I bought cases they would discount his repair cost ,so I bought to cases. I had ordered a new I Phone, so I saved the case. I signed quickly signed the receipt . They told me it was 64ish dollars, we left and came back later and my brother picked up his phone and paid. I came home and noticed a few days later that I was charged $148.00 dollars for $64.00 worth of over priced cell cases and to top it off they sold me a case that was to small foe my cell phone. So my brother now owns a $148.00 iPhone 14 Dallas Cowboys cellphone case. If you shop here, be cautious. They either make a lot of mistakes or are very dishonest
