I would never go here again and I wish I could get my money back! I paid $130 for screen replacement and I’ve had nothing but problems ever since. First of all, adhesive is visible all the way around the screen. There is a green line down the right side of the screen that wasn’t there before. Biometrics do not work on the replacement screen that he installed and it frequently doesn’t register that I’m even touching my screen. My screen also lags and the color is not right now. I did not have any of these issues until I had my screen replaced at CELLTECK. On a side note, he told me that he could remove my cell phone case for me and he was so rough that he actually broke a piece off of it. All of these issues and $130 later and I still had to file an insurance claim, because the owner of this business did not care and did not offer any kind of alternatives. He shrugged his shoulders and asked for my debit card. I WOULDN’T EVEN BUY A CHARGING CORD FROM HIM, LET ALONE LET HIM TOUCH MY CELL PHONE! BEWARE!!

horrible paid $400 for screen 1st he put screen on crooked as i got in the car i noticed it and had him fix it, then I was in a rush to leave the country and didn’t pay the front camera much attention till I took pictures and noticed dirt in my lense. I also bought a screen protector for $25 that fell off next day. I kept the screen protector till I got back in the country thinking they would help since it just came off… well no and they tried charging me to clean my lense which is inside the phone saying I got it dirty which is impossible unless i take it apart…. horrible communication and professionalism i advise ppl to be cautious

Terrible. My son was in town for a baseball tournament and his phone screen broke. The employees knew this. They put an ill fitting screen on his phone that only worked for about 8 hours. They told him if he paid in cash it would save him $50. He paid them $220 in cash for junk. After calling them to complain I was spoken to very rudely and hung up on . They since won’t answer my call. They knew exactly what they did because when I called them the next day they knew exactly who I was talking about. He couldn’t go back and get a replacement because he was leaving that day for another tournament in MIchigan. Shame on them.
