I called to get a quote for my S23 Ultra on a screen replacement and the owner who answered was amazing. He was honest with me, gave me all my options, and he helped me realize that it would NOT be cost effective to go through them and to file a claim with the insurance company instead. Most people would not do that and just try to sell you on needing a new screen for the sale. I 100% know for sure who I will be calling if I need this sort of service in the future and thanks for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service today.

Eric at Cellular Nerd knows his stuff! His experience in phone repair has saved me numerous times. It’s always good to have an option of paying for the repair yourself vs going through insurance and paying hundreds of dollars for a refurbished phone. Then the headache of transferring all of your data, photos and contacts. He even replaced a screen on a iPhone for me via mail once!! He truly cares about his customers and what he does!

Damian(spelling?) repaired my iPhone screen in about 15 mins while I waited! His professionalism and knowledge with the electronics they are able to repair is astonishing. The prices are more than fair as they repaired this phone for under 80 bucks!! And he put a case on it for 20!
