$428.00 to repair a cracked screen on a Google Pixel 6 Pro. The fingerprint reader won’t work and he’s like sorry man, I already glued it. Says he couldn’t test it because he didn’t have my pin. Beyond pissed off right now. It literally tells you the fingerprint reader is not functioning on the screen, you don’t need a pin for that. Called back a week later to give them an opportunity to make this right before going to court over it. Still refused. Went to UBreakIFix and they fixed it in under 2 minutes for free. Their price to do the same replacement would have been $280 with real Google parts.
I had such a wonderful experience! I was in a bind trying to get photos off of my phone with a broken screen to transfer them to my new phone and the owner not only helped me with the screen, and did the data transfer, but allowed me to work on my laptop in the store while I waited. He was extremely kind, helpful and I would highly recommend. I also watched numerous customers come in and leave happy while I was there.
Had issues with a cracked and glitching Galaxy S10+ phone screen. Brought it in and within 2 hours, it was like a brand new phone.
Price was what I expected and for the quality of service, I’d gladly pay it again…you know…if I broke my screen again. Which will not happen!
