It beggars belief that a multi-million pound business doesn’t have anyone there to answer the (phone) fill out an online form if you have a question or if you want to make a complaint or you could contact us on our Facebook page really how ridiculous. Customer service what customer service your customer service is a joke and you should be embarrassed. So instead of being able to speak to somebody on the phone to resolve my issue now I have to go all the way to your nearest store to resolve the issue.

I popped into this shop as I was passing by, and saw an Xbox at a far better price than any of the other shops I’d been to.

There was a bit of a wait, but not the fault of the staff. They had a rather difficult customer, and I must admit, they had far more patience than I would of had

Store knowingly sold my partner faulty goods, when we took them back for a refund they refused, claiming they found no fault during testing and had us forcefully removed after we politely asked what tests were done.

The fault was the device being completely unable to get past the setup screen as it’d crash when any attempts were made. Would love to know what tests they did as they clearly didn’t try setting it up.
