The back was coming off my girlfriend’s Samsung Note 10+. I figured probably the battery had swollen up after 4 years. It was late in the day on the day after Christmas. And she needed the phone that evening!

Nicolas was fast, friendly, and extremely capable. He tested it, showed me the problem, offered to just glue the back on again if that’s all I wanted, or to replace the battery for a very fair price. I went with the replacement battery, and the phone now looks and performs like new.

Don’t be fooled by their “cheap” price nor some of the 5 star reviews. And actually their price in replacing I phone screens are not that cheap. Their 45 warranty is a scam. Although they have a sign stating that the warranty is 45 days if no physical or water damage is declared, they will find a way to have you pay and not cover under warranty, especially if you are dealing with the young Asian woman there. Don’t waste your time or money in this joint, instead go to CELLAXS Phone repair in mission Viejo mall… they have better parts and same or better pricing.

I called to get help with an iPad that was not working and Nickolas answered the phone. He was able to guide me with some quick instructions over the phone to get it working again which saved me a trip and money. I will be keeping his contact info for future reference and referring all our friends and family. Nickolas was very kind, patient and helpful.
