There is nothing about this place that is good. Buyer Beware these guys are a bunch of scam artist from the low-level salespeople to management. They mislead the customer in order to sign a contract agreement or upgrade a phone. Once you realize what you’re actually paying for, its too late. They are very unethical. They tricked me and my disabled family member into getting my account password. Then they changed my account and upgraded my account without my authorization. After speaking to a manager at the location to solve this problem, I was told that the individual salesman who did this was Justin, but then later his name changed to Victor. The manager was trying to cover for the guy. My disabled family member needed to replace a phone because it broke. The salesman called me up stating he needed my account password to replace the phone. I did and he said it did not work. My password never gave me a problem before and never gave me a problem after. So he ended up adding my family member to the account without permission. Then he made changes onto the account and upgraded my plan which in turn raised my monthly payments. While I was at the store complaining, there were two other people complaining about false promises and being misled. Don’t waste your time talking to management because they are the ones who trained the low-level people to be crooks and make a sale no matter what and will cover for them. Then they try act like it’s the customer’s fault. I don’t think so, this whole place needs to be shut down and verizon needs to higher people with strong ethics and integrity.

This review is long overdue…I’ve been coming here for more than a decade now and Anu and Jas have always been helpful and knowledgeable everytime I had a question, had a problem or just needed service for whatever it may be…Not too long ago, my prior phone had cracks on the screen and needed a new battery replacement b/c it running out of power alot quicker from all the years of use…Anu fixed the screen like it was brand new and switched out a new battery within minutes… Just the other day my Mom got a new phone and Jas helped her switch everything over to the new phone and she also bought the tempered glass screen protector and a case while there as well for her new phone…Also, there was specific app that my Mom really wanted to keep and bring over from her old phone which was really difficult to deal with considering that it in a different language. My elderly Mom wasn’t much help translating tech lingo but Jas was a professional and handle it with no problem…I will always support small businesses when I can, especially when they are so helpful..It’s a one stop shop for all your cell phone needs…

Absolutely amazing service and skills. My phone went full ‘Brick Mode’ and I couldn’t get anything to load from my backup. The staff here not only fixed my phone, fully replacing the screen and processor and restored everything. They also replaced the screen protector glass without being asked or charging me. They helped me install a backup app that will copy my phone to a new one if it dies again.They are incredibly ethical and honest, they don’t over charge, and they even offer price matching. I can’t recommend them enough!
