Came here to get a phone screen and battery fixed. As well as purchasing a 800$ phone. Ever since we got the phone repaired here we’ve been having issues that we never had with it before getting it fixed here. Brought it back after the first issue and the guy hit a bunch of combinations of buttons and told us to bring it back if it did it again in the next 24 hours. Phone was fine for a weeks. Issue started again so we brought it back now we’re being told last time it was a software issue and this time it’s a crack in the LCD yet it’s the same issue. Mind you the phone is very well taken care of my husband doesn’t drop his phone and it’s been in a good case since it left the store. Now I’m being told “it could be from too much pressure being applied to the screen” I really don’t appreciate spending my money with a place that does poor work, tries to blame the issue on something you’re doing wrong and refuses to fix it unless I pay MORE money. I spent over a thousand dollars at this place for what feels like nothing.

Asking questions as to how that could make sense and it was the same issue isn’t harassing people and neither is warning other customers how poor the service might be isn’t either the phone is not broken. This place is doing bad business simple.

I thought this phone was done. I was really dreading trying to transfer everything to a new phone so I decided to see if it could be repaired. I really didn’t think there was chance. I stopped in to Colorado Gadget Fix on Wednesday. This Moto G phone is not that common so they had to order the part, but the part came in on Friday morning and I had my phone back by Friday afternoon. No new phone setup, no hassles, no worries. Thank you. Phone looks like new. I could not be more pleased.
