As an accomplished musician and record producer I have specific needs for my main computer system. When my old battle axe of a CPU went down and was deemed irreparable Greg and Complete Computer Systems were recommended to me. I am completely pleased with how this process went. I’ll start by saying communication was as easy as I’ve had it dealing with computer professionals, Greg promptly answered emails, texts and calls and always got back to me when he said he would through the entire process. Greg was very attentive to my situation and listened to my system needs, priced out multiple systems for me to choose from, offered advice on systems but also allowed me the elbow room to come to my own decision, and most importantly focused on the features I needed without upselling or attempting to sell me things I did not need. If you’ve ever had to purchase performance minded or specialized CPUs you understand how valuable a service that is. Greg got me a great CPU that was even better suited for my work than my old unit and for an extremely reasonable price. I won’t be going anywhere else for my needs and will recommend to everyone I know.

I was having an issue with my laptop, so I called and talked to an individual named Greg to make an appointment. I explained what the problem was and he gave me some advice over the phone. Lo and behold, it worked! Rather than have me come into the store with my laptop and perform an expensive diagnostic, Greg took the time out of his schedule to guide me through the process for what turned out to be a rather simple solution to my issue. Great customer service!! I was up a creek. I had left my power adapter for my laptop home when in Milwaukee for a conference. But Greg really came through. He met me in Milwaukee with an adapter and when I got to the hotel I found it didn’t work for my computer. So I called him and 15 minutes later he was at my hotel with an adapter that works!! Great Job Complete Computer Systems!!! You all are real life savers! And they did it for less than I expected. I highly recommend them.
