This place was amazing now. Before I submit, I will say this took longer than expected, no fault of theirs. My issue was that the comouter would not turn on to speak. I did my own research. My DC Jack was shorted, and I called around, and they mentioned it could be the battery. So I’m pretty technically inclined, so I opened it and replaced the battery. I was getting inpatient and getting rough with the parts, so I think I damaged this a little further. Now, the part that I was needing to replace the DC jack was too small they paid for the shipping and the part, and it ended up taking longer than typical coming from over sees I work from my comouter so I didn’t want to wait honestly I couldn’t so they offered to transfer a hard rive to a loner computer. The transparency ad the customer service was great I have no complaints they ordered a second peice from a US vendor to speed up the process so I greatly appreciate Mark, Rita and Paul for all the help and getting my baby back in one peace. This place was so helpful HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will not be going anywhere else for my repairs of electronics. Simple, they are the best, and I love the FLAT RATE. Thank you so much guys you made a customer out of me

For PC repair, if you need a trustworthy local IT who will ONLY fix what is broken, NEVER pad the bill, or add parts & services you don’t need and NEVER refuse to help you, there’s only one place to go, locally, imo.

If you question every 5/5 review, GOOD! Shows you’re paying attention. However, this one is genuine, unlike anything on Amazon (not sure I’ve ever had a 5/5 there). Check out my other reviews if you doubt my veracity.

It seems as if companies can just screw over customers with impunity, nowadays, and no one bats an eye. It’s become the norm; expected behavior from Amazon. That’s why I’m motivated to share good business practices and warn about bad ones. It’s my small way of fighting back against this trend.

Please support good companies and stop giving your money to bad businesses, with mediocre services and shady policies. If we don’t fight back against the trend, some day soon, only the worst companies will remain.

CompRite is our go to store for computer repairs. We have a huge, white, computer case that reminds me of a StarWars android. My husband custom built the computer. We have passed it from my husband, to our oldest to now our second son. It needed a new starter but they could not find the part since it was so old. CompRite made a whole new power button from other parts from another store and made this thing work again. This is the second or third time they have brought this beast back to life again. They have also repaired the screen on my IPad in the past. They have reasonable rates and are great to work with. I recommend anyone to go to them first.
