First time customer for Comptech Repair. I needed help diagnosing why a new build’s motherboard was showing CPU/RAM errors. Jordan inspected it, noted that the board had some bent pins, and gave me a very fair estimate and realistic expectations. Once I approved the work, he put it under his microscope, fixed the tiny pins and tested it, showing it was now working properly. -This is the level of service we all would love- friendly, timely, honest, and fair. His shop is now my go-to for all in-depth hardware issues.
Jordan was able to help me get my old tower back to working! I kept getting the blue screen of death and had trouble reinstalling windows from a usb.
He was able to take a look at my parts and let me know I didn’t need a new hard drive. I appreciated it that he didn’t try to upsell me, he’s a very honest guy! He was able to get windows reinstalled and got me set up for ready to use when I brought it home!
