I’ve came here 3 times now and have left happy every time but this time was incredible. Joe spent about 3-4 HOURS helping me with a new phone that I was having problems signing into, he finally got it working “it was my account that was bad not the phone” and I decided I didn’t want the brand I chose and he swapped me out for a phone that costed 25$ more than the phone I originally picked for no extra cost!!!! I caused him so many problems and he still sold me the phone for 50$ less than amazon! You won’t get better customer service or prices anywhere else!

Grateful to have found Compu-Cell. Other big name places were going to take days, require appointments, and charge a lot to fix the display on my phone. Compu-Cell’s service was fast, friendly, and got my phone back in use same-day. I don’t have an expensive phone, and so an expensive, time-consuming fix is just not practical. So glad to have found this simple place with great service. I appreciated that he explained things in a non-technical way I could understand and even added a free screen protector. Nice people, great service.

Just amazing. As a business owner for a decade, it’s immediately apparent these are good people who know what they are doing. They fixed my charging port and could have charged me for a replacement (I never would have known) and instead just cleaned it and sent me on my way. I will never go anywhere else for anything phone related and will refer everyone I meet. Competent, kind, and just good people.
