Lets hear it for a local, trustworthy business. Yesterday I spilled H2O onto the keyboard of my laptop. One half hour later, Douglas, at CompuMatter, who I’d never met, nor done business with, and who could not have been more professional, had welcomed me, opened the computer to start the drying process, addressed my security concerns by handing me the hard drive, and sent me on my way. Now, 24 hours later, I have my fully functioning laptop back in hand, and am typing this review on it right now. How could that have gone better? Much gratitude. We are fortunate to have this business in our town.

Called CompuMatter and talked to Douglas to see if my old MacBook Pro could be repaired. Instead of trying to get me to just bring it in, he took the time to ask questions about what was happening and advised what I should do with the computer. The issue was solved over the phone at no charge. I was very impressed with Douglas’s honesty and commitment to customer service.
