Amazing customer service! After coffee was spilled on my Macbook and the keyboard was not functioning property I decided to take my computer here because the APPLE stores prices to do repairs were astronomical. He was very honest about the possibility of what he could or could not repair based on the state of the Macbook. He followed up a few days later and to my surprise and was able to make the repairs for significantly lower than compared to what Apple store quoted. Definitely go here before wasting time at Apple Store which will quote you a diagnostic cost that is equivalent to a new computer. Moving forward I will bring all my devices here from now on.

When I tell you that the service I recieved FAR surpassed the most glowing review, I am not exaggerating.

They took my old laptop (a 2015 behemoth with a secret password it wanted no one to know) and transferred the data to my newer laptop (a strapping 2020 pandemic edition with intermittent commitment issues in regards to charging cables).

It took a week – exactly as long as they said it would. SEAMLESS.

I implore you – give this store a try, they will wow you.

They fixed my daughter’s MacBook screen for half the price that the Apple store would have charged, and they did an excellent job. The owner is courteous, professional, and speedy. He told us how long it would take to order and receive the parts, and he contacted us as soon as the parts arrived. He then fixed the laptop screen the very next day. Thanks goodness for CompuTeaneck! Oh, and he saved her old laptop screen because he saw she had stickers on it, and he thought she might want to keep them. Very thoughtful!
