Eric repaired my computer when I visited the Fort Walton Beach area, and he did a great job. Now when I have problems, I call him and he remotes into my computer and performs upgrades, security checks, repairs, etc. He has never failed to solve one of my problems. Best of all, as I am an older person and technologically challenged, he is patient and works me through things so that I understand the issues. Eric has also assisted with problems I’ve had with my Arlo cameras, Kasa light switch, and iPhone. I only use Eric to correct my computer problems and will continue to do so. He is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.
We have been using Eric and the CNRS team for remote IT support since 2005. Our office is in Maryland and on several occasions they have come up from FL to install servers, run cables and install equipment at new locations. They do an amazing job.
