I have now taken the same laptop to this location twice for repairs — not because of any issues with the repairs themselves or the staff that provided them but my own ignorance. Either way, both times I’ve taken my laptop to this location have been extremely pleasant. The staff is very friendly and communicate very clearly the explanation of their services and recommendations. They are honest and upfront about cost, turnaround time, and any risk(s) involved in their services. The cost of certain repairs can at times be a bit steep, but definitely seem fair given the efficiency of their work. Plus, $50 is a very reasonable amount for a deposit in my opinion. One more thing I’ll praise the staff for is their consistent communication. Unfortunately don’t recall the names of the employees I spoke with, but the gentleman with glasses and long braided hair is whom I spoke to the most. Even when speaking to different people, I have the same experience of highly knowledgeable and friendly interactions, as well as accessible communication via phone or email, with text message notifications available as well. I’d highly recommend this business for tech repairs.

I just took a touch screen laptop to them for repair. The screen developed a a spot covering about 60% of the bottom of the screen that was getting worse in a computer about 2 years old that I like very much. I did not want to replace it. (This is not a cheap disposable laptop!) They were able to locate a replacement screen for it and get me fixed up. I Did pay the $100 expediting fee, so I would not have to leave it there for days, but the diagnostics was done within the day I dropped it off and a couple days later when the screen came in, they replaced it on the same day as well. Very good service and I am back up and running. They were responsive and very helpful. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend them for repairing your machines!

Never thought I’d become a raving fan of a computer repair shop, but I was seriously blown away by how good the service was here. I botched a repair I tried to do on my laptop, and they diagnosed it quickly for a reasonable cost, offered a few reasonable options, and took care of it quickly how I wanted it done. Every step of the process is explained extremely well. I really regret not taking my laptop in to them in the first place, but I’m glad I found them now. I’ll be recommending them to anyone with a computer issue.
