It’s a place that repairs computers and electronics. But they dont use used parts when repairing. Which is good and bad. It’s good because then if the part is new it can come with the confidence of a guaranteed warranty and knowledge of it working properly. But a used part could also come with a warranty, some variables come into play with that one. But the bad is- So parts that are used by previous owners but still function properly get thrown away, they have no purpose but are perfectly good. It’s wasteful in my opinion. If the part functions properly then why can’t it be used again? Think about all the materials that could be saved if we just recycled more. Everything is so expensive as it is- why not be more conscientious about helping save our planet by recycling more or at least decrease our planets rate of exhausting supplies even if it is just a small amount? Every little bit matters. Just my thoughts….

Really appreciate the service, and IT therapy. How the service techs manage not to laugh at some of our stupid stuff, I’ll never know. Always problem-solvers, very thorough. They fix stuff I didn’t know needed it. Most recently, I had lost the scanning capability on my old printer. Just by bringing in my laptop, problem fixed, in one 24-hour period! Best ever.
