I stopped by Computer Concepts today for assistance with my phone that required a MacBook to install some configuration software. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind, professional, and helped me where other shops either couldn’t or wouldn’t. The shop is in a great location and it’s clean & tidy inside. I’ve seen some computer repair shops that look like mom’s basement and this definitely isn’t one! Definitely recommend.
Computer Concepts is the place to go to resolve issues with computers and phones! Computer Concepts has resolved all my issues over the last several years with professional and expert service. The most recent issues I had was with the transition of Cox email to Yahoo, and Ryan quickly and efficiently resolved my problems with my computer and phone for a very nominal fee. I’m always impressed with their service!
Had an issue with my MAC laptop and also my iPad. Called ahead. They were so pleasant and helpful. Went in, the next day, walk in, and they assisted me right away, with Both issues. I will be back. Very reasonable service charge and so accommodating. Stress free visit.
