I have taken my computers to Computer Crew for many years and have always had very good results. I have also recommended other folks and they have had good results as well. Recently, I took my iMac in and it ended up needing a new hard drive. Over the years I have found aspects of their communication to be lacking – this time I ended up feeling a bit frustrated, however, as soon as I called Jerry he talked it out with me and he really put forth a good effort to keep me informed until my machine was ready. Today I am writing this review on what feels like a brand new computer (my computer is 6 years old). I would not be surprised if I don’t need to see Jerry again for 6 more years! His prices are fair, he is an expert in his field and he is honing his communication skills. We consider him our go-to IT guy!

I am in the process of moving out of town. and a few days back my computer stopped charging. I needed my computer to work so I went to Computer Crew and told them my situation with moving.
I was told my computer’s cord and adapter was bad because my computer and cord /adapter were 9 years old.
They sold me a new cord/adapter for $56, and charged me $30 for looking at my computer for 10 minutes.
I could have bought a new cord/adapter online or at another store for around $20-$30 dollars, without being charged to have my computer checked out.
I would not recommend Computer Crew as they take advantage of people and excessively overcharge for their sales and services.

Computer Crew is the best place to take your computer or purchase one! Every time we have problems with any of our computers we know that Jerry and Karen will do their magic and fix the problems we or the internet created! They are honest, have tremendous integrity, and are the best in the industry. You can drop your computer off at a Best Buy or some huge retail establishment but you won’t get the personal care and honesty you will with Computer Crew! They are the best and their prices are wonderful! Wouldn’t use any other company! Thank you for being so amazing Computer Crew! It’s so nice to still have a great business owner to count on!
