My computer is like new/brand new and the staff was nice and understanding. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to price/quote inconsistencies. I was quoted a certain price before paying for an additional service and when a family member went to go pick up the laptop the staff advised it’d be $20 more. Upon checking my receipt, and being told it would be $80 for the additional service I was actually charged $85.99. My laptop works GREAT and as aforementioned, the staff was nice, but make sure to get all the quoted prices in writing to avoid the changes in pricing. Fortunately, I had some extra money in the budget and could afford it, but the last thing you want is to pay for a service that will be more expensive than you initially expected after setting those funds aside.

Bad service, unreliable, poor communication. AVOID. I brought my laptop to repair a keyboard and due to poor communication it could not be fixed for months forcing me to make multiple trips. When they finally fixed it they caused another issue that causes my laptop to constantly crash. They’re not worth your time, go somewhere you can trust and save yourself the pain.
