I discovered Allan @Computer Direct Wholesale, while looking for the best tech to fix my HP laptop issues. Twice, my laptop either failed entirely or the parts of it failed – first it was battery & power unit that failed and the second time it was from my own dropping it, a broken wifi part and display hinge coming loose. Each time I felt like giving it up for a new machine, and then deciding to give Allan @Computer Direct a call and run it by him. Allan first impressed me by meticulously assessing the issues and deciding if it’s reparable or not, based on parts availability and rough cost estimates. Once we were past that, Allan promptly setup an appointment to pick up the unit and provided an approximate timeline when he could get to work on it. When he got to it, he would regularly update me with the state of the unit discussing & sending pictures of what he discovered the problem to be and what needs to be done to fix it. Based on parts costs & availability he would provide the final price and date of completion. Both times he delivered the finished work just as estimated. Highly impressed by the professional quality of work and efficiency. The repaired units work just like new, and thus he saved me from having to make expensive full replacements. I am very happy to have him in my sphere as a goto person for my high tech repair needs. Highly recommend anyone with such needs to give him a try and check for yourself.

I wish I could put negative 5 stars. I had this company create a web page for me. To start off, all verbiage was broken English on every page. The “contact us” was going to some unknown email address and not the company email. Same pic on multiple pages. The list goes on and on. Now supposedly we have been hacked and our website is down. They want me to pay $1000 dollars to repair and maintain the website. There is nothing to maintain. I have put all my faith in them and been let me down over and over. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I don’t want any one else to experience these same problems. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

My laptop froze up and I was unable to use it further, not a good situation. Called Allen and he said to bring it by (this was on a Saturday). I dropped it off, thinking I would call him on Monday and get an ETA. To my surprise and amazement, he called me a few hours later and said it was all fixed ready to go. Very responsive and professional, and best part was he repaired it the same day (on a weekend). Very impressed, highly recommend.
