Listen… if Google would let me rate this review higher than five stars, I would. Computer repair shops are like barbers… once you find a good one in your town, you stick with them. Believe me… I’m sticking with Jason and Computer Dock for as long as I am in Winona.

Jason stopped at no end to find a solution to my computer’s problem. He talked me through his process, what he saw, and how he intended to fix it. He was exceptional with honest, prompt and straightforward communication, and was willing to accomodate me in any way possible so I could continue to get my work done. He was courteous, professional, approachable, and affordable.

Jason is THAT computer guy in Winona. Going forward, I am going to recommend anybody with computer issues to go to Computer Dock.

I reached out to Jason to fix my Dell XPS screen, and he went above and beyond.
After diagnosing the device, he recommended purchasing new components. Unfortunately, the parts I bought from a reseller were defective. Jason personally called the reseller, ordered a new display with fast shipping, and returned the defective components on my behalf, ensuring I got a refund from the original seller. If your laptop has an issue, bring it to them!

Completely satisfied and impressed with my experience this week with my computer tower. Jason is incredibly tech knowledgeable. This was exhibited not only in my situation but also with a walk-in customer.
Healthy reminder to me that working with knowledgeable locals is immeasurable compared to a “big box” experience and results.
