Really expensive and couldn’t get my system the way when I dropped it off and sadlyto fix it I was told it would cause the same amount just paid 175.00 it’s worth the trip to mirco center pro gaming pc builders warranty on work as well even best buy 40 bucks a component so I won’t be going back here sadly now all my other components are not responding right anymore after the work they did so I’d say best to avoid this expensive place they work they do doesn’t add up to the costs they charge and worse is you might get you pc with problems that were not there when you drop it off situation like this I wish could get my 175 back so I cam take it to mircocenter in la the pros that warranty their work no questions asked so good luck with your business but best buy geek squad beats your prices and they will fix everything especially problems that happen on their watch. People trust me just take you pc to mircocenter send a day in la and pick up your worry free no problems pc sorry guys who work there I paid alot for the parts and the labor to put them in I wasn’t expecting rgb failing and fans failing after all still not working right

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Kevin goes out of his way to make sure I understand what he has done to my computer, taking the time to explain the process–not just fixing and forgetting.

Cory & Kevin are great! I had an issue with my computer that was preventing me from working. I called Corey at their Orcutt office..he answered and said that Kevin was coming from SLO and he would be driving by Pismo where our office is located.. Kevin arrived at our office 20 minutes later, he was a gem and fixed the issue right on the spot and didn’t even charge us! I am forever grateful!
