Mark & Katie are awesome to work with! Our first experience was several years ago with cleaning up our former “corrupt/virus infected” computer and Katie did an excellent job for us at that time. Mark assisted us with our TSA Pre-Check enrollment which was quick and a very smooth process! Most recently Mark & Katie assisted us with a purchase of a new laptop and monitor from their store. They worked with us during every step of the process, including installation of new software, transferring files and data from our old hard drive, and educating us on the use of Windows 11 and all the other features of our new computer! They spent as much time as we needed to train us regarding virus scans, backups, and other support that we needed.
