He doesn’t seem to specialize or really work with custom builds/computer towers much. Charged me more than 80 dollars to do a diagnosis on my PC only to be told he didn’t know if it was my motherboard or CPU (Something I had already known may have been the issue and took to him in hopes of actually finding out). Anyways, finally got my PC fixed and come to find out he had downloaded windows 11 on my pc without asking me or telling me and now I cannot revert it without wiping my SSD and redownloading windows 10 from scratch. I’m sure this guy is great with things like laptops but if you are looking for someone to take a custom build/pc tower to I recommend Computer Concepts in Bothell. Much friendlier and they are very knowledgeable and experienced with PC towers and custom builds.

we had a gnarly experience with a new build we just could not figure out, so we took it to Computer Love. this kicked off a series of unfortunate events that turned out to be a months long headache for everyone because they’re swamped with work and the issue was ultimately pretty obscure. we’re all pretty sure this thing was cursed! but it works great now.

i’m grateful they didn’t give up on us though i know they were close to doing so because i really don’t think we could have fixed it without going through the same thing somewhere else or starting over completely.

Rude service, misleading, making up prices and cannot recommend. Called and asked if they sold an apple charger and when I got there it was not an apple charger and they were asking for $30 for a used 3rd party one that costs $20 on Amazon. I asked about its safety since it was higher wattage and third party and they said it’s fine but if I’m concerned they referred me to another place and recommended I buy the apple charger. They were super rude and unhelpful because I didn’t want to purchase it. What?
