My daughter has a relatively new gaming laptop that is pretty powerful, and it recently started crashing and not even booting. We took the PC to Computer Outlet in Baldwinsville expecting to be without it for a few days while it was worked on. Well we were pleasantly surprised when Ryan was able to get everything in order within a few hours! He explained to us that the computer was not built to run Windows 11 so when we got the system update ( thanks, Microsoft ) it screwed some things up. Ryan installed a new SSD hard drive and got rid of Windows 11 and installed Windows 10. He also showed us how to upgrade the other hard drives in the PC and gave us some tips on how to keep the PC running optimally. On top of all this, the cost was less than $100 for labor. So far so good and the computer is running as well as the day we got it. If you are having any problems with your computer, definitely give these guys a visit. I have some issues with some other computer equipment and will definitely be going back to Computer Outlet!

Ryan did a great job transferring all my data and 3 email addresses from my old Surface 3 to my new Surface 7. Also made a back up storage stick. I did have an issue with one of my email addresses and Ryan showed me how to fix it once I got the proper passwords from the carrier. I am a manufacturers rep so my data and emails are vital to my business. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t miss a beat. Professional, friendly. All good!

Ryan was so nice and super helpful with our broken iPad screen. Not only did he fix it really quickly and did an excellent job doing so, but he was very upfront and honest about all our options before fixing it..absolutely no pressure whatsoever to use his services, replace it or buy anything unnecessarily.
